I listened to an interview with Jack Nowell (England rugby) saying when he was injured he was doing a bit of restriction training in his home gym and got told off by the team staff as it was getting him too big in the areas he was going (I assume arms) and not achieving much. Must work though I’ve never tried it
I didn’t know this was a thing… is it widely used in cycling? Or is it mainly a weights thing?
