Saw some quotes from Jason Kenny saying he was well off the pace and his taper didn’t seem to have worked properly, but he also was the fastest 200m out of all the Keirin heats?

Elite athletes that are expected to win gold are on a different level. He says he is well off the pace, yet he won silver at the team sprint.

I dream of being off the pace like that. A bit like dreaming of being able to climb as badly as Cav.
