Not sure why but some are actually making cauliflowers, just not sure when to harvest them
I did some caulis last year, they were weird. A few of them made cauliflowers quite early but when to pick them was really hard. I left some too long and they started opening up a bit and sprouting. I then had one plant which did nothing for ages then made the best cauliflower of the lot about 6-8 weeks after the others.

Half of our cauliflowers bolted, I assumed it was because they got a bit dry and sunny. Not sure why but some are actually making cauliflowers, just not sure when to harvest them
