@heldring @jv No bracelet. That only comes on the slightly more expensive PADI version which is ugly IMO. Re bezel insert - pretty sure it’s aluminium and not plastic!

My 4-month old Khaki mechanical has stopped winding; I went to wind it this morning and there was a little click and now it just spins. I’ve emailed Hamilton but wondered if there’s anything I can do before they reply, would rather not have to send it back and wait if it’s something I’m doing wrong.

Sounds like a warranty claim to me.

Is the crown engaged in the right position? Try pulling it out gently and pushing it in and testing winding in all crown positions

Got this a while back and it stopped working not long after. Did the natural thing and chucked it in a drawer until I could get to Alsal. Still not been, but fiddled around with it yesterday and seems to be fixed (touch wood).

Ah go one then, DW5600 on its black NATO.
Also has the (annoying) G Shock logo hidden in the EL.
Makes it hard to read in the dark IMO

Haven't taken this off since I got it (except for painting).

Despite my reservations and issues with it, it's basically the perfect allrounder.

Keeps time and I don't have to take it off for swimming or bath time, and it's not thick.

(funny how white the grey writing looks every time it's photographed)
