  • Cool! I really like Albion caps. I've had a few and they seem to fit under a helmet a lot better than other caps. Just be a bit careful when you're washing them, the peak is quite fragile, I've broken a couple. I hand wash mine but am happy to chuck others in the washing machine.

  • I'm selling a pair of unworn M navy blue Albion bibs if anyone's interested.

  • Prendas cap arrived. Very happy. I've never had a cycling cap fit without chopping the elastic and oddly never looked to sort this out.

  • Anyone got thoughts on the Universal Colours bibs? Have just gotten local distro here and quite keenly priced, as it goes.

  • What's the Paria.cc stuff like? In terms of fit and finish.

  • Albion bib shorts, how do they size? I wear small in rapha/la passione

  • I've had one of their jerseys & my partner has bibs. Fit on my jersey was loose for its size - I'm a medium Rapha, but small DHB, ought to have got small not medium Paria. Partner likes her bibs. Quality is middling, not luxury but not super flimsy.

  • Ok. That's good to know. So, DHB quality and fit? My recent purchases (Morvelo, DHB) in size small are making me doubt the sizing of everything. I am little, I am comfortable with that. But I also know I'm not really an XS. Sigh.

  • I'm an S in Rapha/LP and had to swap S for XS in Albion as they were bunchy on me. Still find them long-ish in the leg but good everywhere else.

I am a bit on the stumpy side tho

  • Has anyone ordered MAAP recently and been hit by any duties or fees? They say on their site they're covering VAT and duties but ordering from Europe seems to be a bit of a lottery.

  • I ordered about a month ago and didn't get hit by anything at all - whether that is because of;

'MAAP is temporarily assuming responsibility for the import costs of VAT and customs duties that are payable when goods cross borders from the EU into the UK

or it just didn't get hit I don't know.

  • Is Dave Millar taking the piss?

  • FWIW despite the MAAP site saying they are shipping duty paid until end of June, they still are.

Stuff arrived no hassle and really fast shipping. If you load shorts jersey and socks together you get extra 15% off as well, even if all the items were already archive sale items.

  • very late to this but yeah. Had mine since last year. And it is ace. Wear it off the bike mostly. Have an orange one in M. When summer ends it will see a lot of action

  • Christmas day ride last year @LeBlaireau

  • Adding some class to the thread.

  • How do they size up? Looking to wear over a tee and a fleece for hiking. That M looks small on a slim bloke.

  • i am an average build dude (72kg and just shy of 5'10") and have room under that M for a tee and a fleece. though couldn't go really bulky fleece but as normally only worn while doing outdoory stuff that isn't necessary. has an excellent warmth to it for its lightness.

  • I think I’ve just been influenced.

  • lol. do it dude. reckon would suit.

  • Anywhere you can try those jackets on?

  • Condor stock Albion, although I don't know if they have the Zoa jacket in stock.

  • Just been through the last 30 odd pages.

    Nothing stylish.
