I actually enjoy the sailing sports, they're something I never see outside the Olympics and at least there's still involved not just sitting on a horse while it does a dance.

The opening ceremony was surprisingly spartan, although maybe I'm comparing unfairly with the insanity of the London 2012 opening ceremony.

No horse archery, they did include kabuki and carpentry though, which was nice to see.

I guess it's got more skill than horse dancing but I don't find it particularly thrilling to watch.

The Omnium is good, but it was definitely better when it had a bigger range of events.

Imagine how gopping that Lotus will be in gold
