I was going to get it from eBay. There are a lot of listings for cheap carbon tube but in the end I did replace it with more wooden dowel.
A 1 1/8" steerer is 28.6mm. you want it tight but not pressfit

@PhilDAS I remember you talking about replacing the dowel in carradice with a carbon pipe. Do you have a source for this? I am looking for a mega tall 20cm+ carbon spacer for the bullitt.
Sub-question; what should be the internal diameter for a 1 1/8 spacer in MM?
