    Best thing that Wetherspoons ever did imho (assuming they were the first). Ordering a pint without having to speak to somebody and do small talk and having it delivered to your table? Yes please!

    If it makes things easier for some people, that's great. It shouldn't happen at the exclusion of others though. A similar thing is happening in the arts sector; my partner works at the Barbican where the box office is now closed. Older people who have been visiting for years arrive on the bus to book a ticket, and are told to go online, which they can't.
