Oh there's a definate argument for cancellation and it's a strong one. Piers had a great time getting Covid at the Euro Finals though so his protests feel quite weak.
His reasoning for cancellation seems to be that because there are no spectators it's pointless, rather than the athletes risk covid spread and that.
