GB bike seat stays seem to be a bit of a crash magnet if you are hit from behind and bars get hooked right in them.

Enough for a future UCI ban I guess.

I'm not sure many track incidents where you get hit from behind don't result in a crash...

I didn't say otherwise. The hooked bars looked to have brought Evans down, ordinarily she would have had a better chance of staying upright perhaps. Archibald was hitting the deck either way.
