The Flexispot has a timer
Just to disambiguate for any other potential buyers: mine does not have a timer, so check the specs if you want one.
I mostly stand for a couple of hours at the end of the day. Sometimes stand all day, and if I've done a lot of walking/cycling I sit all day.
It is easy to forget to move it so the timer's probably useful. But maybe I can replicate it with a dedicated egg timer

TheMy Flexispot has a timer that I set to 30 minutes, which resets when you change the desk height.
