I just watched a lot of the triathlon mixed relay back as well. It was great! Though I did fast forward to the transitions for a lot of the legs.

It was really noticeable how much the different athletes' strengths could affect the whole team's performances - but also how France performed some kind of team negative split to claw a medal from an unlikely position, and how much the Netherlands and Germany faded from a good start. The USA and GB were impressively consistent.

Watching the diving, Tom Daley picked out sitting in the crowd knitting. A brilliant spot by the tv director and a great image.

Anyone watching the golf ! Rain on the window and radcliffe on 6 is more interesting.
