An air drying 2 part epoxy I would guess

When I had to make a small repair on a carbon frame (reattach a cable stop), the guys at target composites recommend this, seemed to do the job well enough.

I have this old Tune Komm Vor + saddle which has taken a knock at some point and on one side the saddle rails have come away from the body. What would be the correct glue to reattach this? I tried araldite but it didn't hold. Or is it just fit for the bin?
