That’s not a basic model, I believe that is a fancier one with the updated 5610 type module but a screw-down caseback like the very first G-Shocks had. Also a steel inner case and made in Japan. Hence the price.

Yeah. I'm coming to realise that. It's also a bit bigger:

48.9 X 42.8 X 13.5 mm /74g

Vs

46.7 X 43.2 X 12.7 mm / 52g

Not fussed about BT except that from what I've read it allows you to put the date the right way round.
