Saw the story, thought of you.
Corrected myself for 'profiling'. -

I can't recommend anything, but Brixton's your best bet--loads of options. All in SW2+ postcodes:

Cheers just got a thermoset neo XLight, not cheap but it’s comfortable. Much appreciated.

Yeh no worries. I thought the same. Good investment.

Went to Omni tonight, got absolutely drenched getting there but was totally worth it. It was all incredible, only downside was no shiitake cocktails.

Glad you enjoyed it, was the same we went, no Shiitake cocktails. They need to get their shi(i)t(ake)* together.
*sorry

Thanks, I'll have a look.
Found this place earlier Yard Sale Pizza (https://yardsalepizza.com). They have a location in Balham and have vegans options. Anyone tried it?

Firm forum favourite pizza in Clapton, used to have the Easts equivalent to the Royal Warrant of Appointment. I think I've never had any myself, but that's because I'm not a huge fan of pizza.
If you wanted to stay on the Northern Line for a little longer, you could always go to Purezza in Camden, which is a 100% vegan pizzeria:

Trawling through some locations just now, sad to see that the Queen's Head in Stockwell Road is very much no longer vegan, and Picky Wops seems to have abandoned actual locations, both probably because of the pandemic.

We went last weekend. Got a miso martini, really enjoyed the food too

Best vegan sausages I can buy in bulk and keep in the freezer? Ideally buying online from the producer not a supermarket.

Vegan leather made from mangos.
pretty cool 👍

It's amazing, and the pizza's are huge! Especially like the white base mushroom one. But the BBQ chicken is killer too.
Although I also love Purezza, Yard Sale delivered to us in Peckham Rye...

If you fancy a burger, Oowee in Brixton Village is good. It's a nice place to sit as well! If the weather is nice you could wander (or get the train) from Brixton towards Herne Hill and eat a 400 Rabbits pizza in Brockwell Park.

Yard Sale was what was everyone recommended to me when I asked about good vegan pizza, still not managed to try it though!

No idea of ones you buy from the producer, but my current frozen choice on the mass market is Richmond, and their facon is the best I've had (it makes a decent sarnie, though I haven't tried a plethora of other providers).
Morrison's used to do a great sausage, but I don't know if they still do, or even if Morrison's still exists. Was it them that relocated to LA and started selling racism?

I was thinking something a bit more artisan than Richmonds. Maybe I'm just being prejudiced based on the name

I like Cauldron sausages. They're not frozen in the supermarket but they freeze fine at home. They do Lincolnshire and Cumberland but sadly both have dried egg white so are only vegetarian approved.
Moving mountains full range, sausages, burgers etc are really good but spenny -

August 5 - this is what I'm here for!
Does anyone know a vegan pizza place in delivery distance of Rotherhithe? (Neal's Yard doesn't, and I feel a bit peeved that they will go as far as Peckham - feels discriminatory...)

Another supermarket option, but the Gro ones from Co-op? Sainsbury's? were pretty good.

Fucked. I'm not a fan of baked beans at all (I think I have some mild, bean related childhood trauma) but surely even a staunch bean fiend is going to find that unappealing if it's cold, which it will be 90% of the time. Or am I totally wrong and everyone's going to lap it up?
Any recommendations for a place to eat near Colliers Wood tube station? Staying in a Premier Inn nearby, won't be arrving until 9pm. Don't mind taking the tube somewhere.
