Yes, but not that common to have the garden and garage. The houses are quite big there, so maybe trinity where they are a bit smaller? Mews house for the garage? There have been newer builds selling on our road which have garages and balconies, one had a garden too. Around 800k I think with the garden.

There are also roads in Morningside which will have a smaller house with garden and garage but probably a similar price to that

That is a lovely looking place. Cost per square foot is bordering London prices.

I love the look of this place, but it's a bit big and it's quite expensive.
