It looks fucking brutal
It is. As an old, fat-ish forward/occasional rugby league player who used to play this at the end of the season and not be able to walk by the end of a day of it, I can only imagine what these guys go through with oxygen debt. They must be burning by the end, even though they are insanely fit. Ludicrously fast game at this level.
(P.S. If you think this is fun, watch rugby league 9s - ace + guaranteed no chino shorts/boat shoes!)

Rugby 7s... Are these chaps professionals in "standard" rugby or is it much more specialist? It looks fucking brutal, like playing five-a-side football on a regulation pitch.
