12 Speed MTB Gear - Shimano XTR Cassette, KMC DLC12 Chain, Shimano XT Derailleur & Shifter

1) Shimano XTR Cassette 10 - 51 - Brand New

Bought for a project but never used. I've borrowed the lockring so it has been installed once but the cassette is brand new in packaging and lockring will also be basically as new.

2) KMC DLC12 Chain in Black

Again, bought for a project and didn't get used. I did cut it to size at 120 links (hardtail with long chainstays so it's 99% likely to fit your setup) but it hasn't been used and comes with the original matching quick link.

3) Shimano XT SGS 12 speed Rear Derailleur

Used but not abused. Never been in a big crash or had any bigger impact to it. Some scuffs on the surface but functions buttery smooth and I've kept on top of greasing the clutch so works super nicely.

4) Shimano XT 12 speed I-spec EV shifter

Same as 3), used but good condition. The paint has come off slightly from use around one of the paddles but otherwise condition is great, works wonderfully.
