I need to replace this charger for a battery recharger. What should I buy?

Way too many strange numbers on the back, and nothing on Amazon corresponds.

Have a measure of the tip as well (inside and outside) to get something matching (or you can get something with multiple tips but I found these often come apart at an inopportune moment).
