too many strange numbers on the back
Two important ones:
12V - new one must be the same
800mA - new one must be the same or greaterSearching Amazon for 12V 1A yields hundreds of options

I reckon one of these might do it—has a few adaptors which is handy, don’t forget to set the polarity, or you could cut off and reuse the old plug

Have a measure of the tip as well (inside and outside) to get something matching (or you can get something with multiple tips but I found these often come apart at an inopportune moment).
