Probably cheaper to buy another stem than to get the part made as a one of.

(I don’t know the technical term) The washer bit that that holds the quill stem bolt has failed, cracked and broken in half.
Anyone have any clever bodges that will be functional and still look nice? Or am I looking at getting another one made.
