• Could someone link me to or have ideas for an 8 week CX training programme? I only have a dumb trainer so I can't do FTP, but I could estimate "zones" with effort I guess. Want to do EKCX league in the autumn and might be fun to feel fit for the races

  • Just ride your bike, you know how long the races will be so aim for trying hard that long sometimes. Bit of time on the CX bike on unsuitable terrain will help, especially with the technical side of things but generic formal training plans are massively overrated, as they don't know your level or your your goals.

    EKCX are great courses, I'll be testing out my zero training plan legs on those too.
