Ha, love it. That'll hopefully teach the big names something. :)

On a different sport has anyone seen the 3x3 basketball. It looks amazing and would have been a red hot atmosphere with a crowd in a really tight arena.
Maybe there's hope for hardcourt bike polo yet. :)

My wife has been waiting 70 minutes for the scheduled gymnastics. It seems the BBC are not has rights to show two live sports at a time. Discovery channel have bought up the rights it seems.

Is it? She's not in a trade team so presumably buys whatever she needs.
ie. I've got Cannondale cranks with D2Z ring in a Shiv with DA RD and CeramicSpeed cage. The Mason has Quarq cranks with a PraxisWorks inner and a FSA outer ring with Shimano road groupset but Shimano MTB cassette.

This from Velonews. It seems they thought they’d caught the last of the breakaway when they caught Israeli and Polish riders…
Does not detract from the brilliance of the winner…
How the Dutch got it wrong -

Seriously? I hope she gets a nice deal out of this. This is the sort of story that makes me put my scepticism of the Olympics to one side.

Kiesenhofer, Cambridge graduate with a double degree and a PhD in mathematics, she’s gonna be alright whatever happens.
She might even get picked up by the Dutch support team as it’s guaranteed she can count to 5 then take one away at a time to to know how many are left up the road. -

Will they ever address the ridiculous amount of swimming events?
I'm sure Usain Bolt would have appreciated the opportunity to win gold in the 100m and 60m skip.
I know it got inflated massively because of the cold war, but that's been over at least in name for 40 years.
Really happy for Kiesenhofer and sad at the same time, all the cameras around the Dutch and she was left standing all alone. Hopefully they’ll all end up on the right step on the podium.
