Sosruko restaurant in Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria (Russian Republic), complete with observation deck.
Sosruko is a local mythical hero, apparently. Restaurant built in 1968, so it's an odd fusion of Slavic mythology and Soviet modernist architecture.
