I love these ref. 1803 with the Arabic second markers which look so much better than the Roman numerals. I would like one in white gold.

I've had this MegaQuartz 32hz 20years, not been working for the last 10. Should get it sent to STS.

Sounds like some sort of Rugger initiation.

Make me an offer !!
Got to pay for the service on that chronostop i bought last week as well.
That’s the watch I really want to wear. -

That’s really lovely as well , I nearly ended up with one of those instead of this one .
STS will make that like new, and warranty it comes with will be better than when first bought 50 years ago -

Aw man I love this, anything that parts of the Blancpain History tickled me.

No lume 'big Swiss' dial

That salmon dial is a belter.

I'll never understand that bezel.
It's like a Metal Workshop certificate exercise.

Originally it was designed to screw down in the assembly process and the fluting provided grip.
But when you see one IRL it’s all about the sparkle. They are insanely sharp (when new). It is 100% a piece of jewellery, not just a watch.

Don’t think I’ll ever be a fan of day-date. I’ve never looked at my watch wondering what day of the week it is.
-
• #56697
Yep.
Non original hands perhaps?
-
• #56698
Lucky you , if I could buy a watch that reminded me who I was I would buy it .
-
• #56699
I would wear a watch that was mostly day/date with a small bit for the time!
