It's a Crud Raceguard

I cut it off just next to where the strut attaches, then filed it to shape and sanded it smooth. After that, just reversed it and drilled some small holes, so I could cable tie it to the rack

It doesn't really fit the other way, as the curve of the guard comes very close to rubbing on the tyre

Dues to injury, I haven't done a great deal of riding since getting this, but have been very happy with the gearbox so far. 2.6" tyres are great, and I even use the dropper post sometimes!

Could do with a few small changes to the frame though...

2.6" Barzo on the rear? I'm finding a 2.6" Mezcal really draggy (particularly on road, but yeah) which seems surprising as the consensus is it's pretty fast rolling, not sure if it's the extra volume.

Yeah it needs longer head tube.

Yeah, and it's a bit slower rolling than the 2.35" version, although I am running it at a lower pressure
