"Seller doesn't accept returns but the item is covered by the eBay money back guarantee" generally means that PayPal will return your cash and then take it up with the seller.

I don’t really understand where the libel risk lays in this case but everyone has had their fun and Velocio can’t be expected to put himself at risk of getting sued, no matter how small.
