I saw his first Edinburgh show, maybe 20 years ago, playing to a handful of people in an overheated Portakabin. He was really funny, offbeat and pushed the envelope on taste a little, but more in the sense of acting psychotically disturbed than touching on far-right talking points (not arguing there couldn't be an overlap). Shame he's turned into this.
