Spinner? Good forks those, early Taiwanese, they made forks for Klein. I just went through this steerer length stuff, thinking 190mm would be ok with 130mm head tube. I'm only left over with 30mm for the stem which is not enough for anything except a machined BMX stem (everything else is around 40mm). Headset has about 30mm stack.
