Keen on the brakes if you do decide to sell separately.

Too small for me but keen to see a Legend with long drop calipers

Thanks folks. Got the IndyFab (needs a new paintjob but who cares) off a lovely chap off here last year and its riding beautiful. I would say not much in it between the Legend and the Indy but the Legend I've managed get 32c gravel tires in there (contrary to whats advisable) and its such a smooth and supple ride.
Will get it out the storage place shortyl and give it a good clean and post some pics up. Such a sad thing to be finally letting it go and i can agree... He certainly is a Legend framebuilder...

Right... I've given it a good clean (probably not good enough but I tried). A few points of note (some not as good) are as follows.
There is speckles of black nail varnish here and there. Mainly around the bottom bracket shell to just protect the paintwork where the top layer had veen chipped away.
In addition to the skimmed section inside the forks from previous owner, sadly I've managed to cause some damage during my idiotic riding with gravel tires in the rear seatstays near the rim/tire are in line with the calipers. One side is deeper but I've obviously managed to catch summat in there due to the tight interface of the tire.
I have added extra bottle bosses in there to allow for my bikepacking bags. This was carefully done and I added epoxy on the inside to reduce any risk of water ingress at the edges (of the inside and out).
Headset and seatpin are both inlcuded but I can't remember if the bearings needed updating. Quite possibly.
Just noticed that I've also managed to get a little dent in the side of the seattube (sorry... I'm a bloody idiot)
Now if someone can advise on pricing strategy as I really don't wanna lose too much money on it but obviously the original £700 I set isn't probably gonna get the sale I was hoping for...

Here's the pics. I've pointed to the ding in the downtube and also further down above the BB where I've drilled a csreful hole for the di2 cable. Really good for running di2 via internal cabling btw as the grommets are just screwed out with a philips (I then used some sugru to mould around the di2 cables when I rode it in this guise)

Yes I might be able to do that. Let me know what you were thinking...

Price dropped to £450 in light of the damage to the seatstays and seattube... Brakes not included
-

Just noticed an error. It's actually 56cm centre of BB to top of seattube. Please can someone advise how I change the title.
57cm top tube (c-c)
63cm downtube (c-c) -

£450 is a bargain - wish it was a size smaller :(

Need it gone. Especially now that I've seen the damage which is making me a but sad. It's the Fedaia model in case anyone wonders and it definitely doesn't weight 1500g as reviewed by some folks (custom so you'd not expect too much u uniformity in weight).
To help push it along and also follow classifieds rules, price now dropped to £420 posted. I would add ONO but when people offer silly prices for good stuff it gets a bit annoying (so will hold out on that just yet).
For reference I'm 5ft10 and with a 90mm stem it worked perfect for me. Done a couple (or maybe just the one on this, I forget) of double century rides with 13000ft elevation (24 hour attempts) and it never skipped a beat.
Will really be sad to see it go but I know I want another Legend in the years to come...

Funniest thing about riding bespoke bikes is that most people have no clue what they are or how nice they ride.

This will be a great bargain for someone. I think the thread will benefit from a few clear shots in good daylight showing the paint and dents, and maybe a few with wheels / tyres (but without frame bag etc) to show the geometry and clearances.

Thanks for that insight @William.
Sadly I'm not sure I have many pics of it in the guise you mention as I always took pics of the scenery instead. Most of it's life (with me) it spent on the 40 miler commute to work and sometimes back so not much time to admire and oggle the bike.
Totally agreed that it would be a great bargain for someone. Sadly my wrecklessness with trying too tight a tire interface (and maybe a tantrum here or there) up back has kicked me in the teeth.
I really should just put it away and build it in di2 flavour but money being tight and wanting something superlight as my next frame (as well as needing some RS Sids) means I'm in this funny position...
Besides, I have this philosophy that one shouldn't own more than 1 dream bike (frame) as part of the N+1 collection...

Right then folks. Decided to start having a clear out and brought this in. Really wouldn't mind rebuilding it at keeping but I could do with a Supersix or similar and don't want 2 handmade steel frames...
Thought about putting up on ebay (pr removing from here as per rules) but I really couldn't do with someone picking it up for dirt cheap and not appreciating what they've actually won.
Hence, gonna try and insterest one of the LFGSS community with another price drop. £320 delivered but buyer covers fees
Up for grabs if anyone has any interest. My lovely Bertoletti Legend in some sort of Columbus steel tubing. Rides lovely but needs must.
I did drill into it (the seattube) to get it going with di2. It has got some scuffing inside the fork where previous owner or before obviously ran a warped wheel. Weight of the forks if 700g so quite overbuilt IMO. Therefore the scuffing never bothered me and it rode like a dream for the last 5000 miles or so.
Priced up at £700 (frame and fork with possibly a used headset (but cannot remember). Work of art it is but it does have a few chips in the paintwork (and possibly a touch of rust here or there but negligible as it's got so much paint on it... probably about 400g worth).
Might be able to include the long drop TRP brakes with Swisstop pads but can discuss that later (or will post them up later). Will pop up some pics if there's any interest. It's up in West Yorkshire but obviously will post it out...
