My son is currently going through the 'onboarding' process for his new apprenticeship. Even the forms have 'onboarding' on them. He should run a mile really but they are so hard to come by!!!
Perhaps 'young 'uns' are immune to it if they are subjected to it from a young age. I frankly find it offensive.
