I don't mind proper high cadence stuff when it has a purpose or is unavoidable (such as descending down to Llanberis from Pen-y-Pass on 67" fixed) but my natural cadence is ~80rpm and so everything beyond that feels like more of an effort than it should.
Asked before today's Zwift session on the gym bike, they were fine but asked me to ask anyone else in the area.
The one person on a rowing machine 10 yards away didn't mind and no-one else was about.
It's no vacmaster but it produced enough air directed at my chest/face to take the edge off the session (A touch of Egypt). Will use again.
(I hate high cadence work, Week 5 of the 'Back to Fitness' Zwift training plan is mostly done at 105 or 110 rpm. Ugh.)
