as i said - if it is too tight in it just won't shift (which was the original problem if you look back a few pages)

I've always sized big-big without derailler and then added a link (two rivets) as in Park Tools easy method

I mean screw it all the way in, looks like the pulley it's still a bit too close. Chain looks very long if all else it's correct
