Froome was five and a half minutes down in a discipline he used to be able to dominate.
Is he going to bother next year? Is he going to have a contract?
Is it a coincidence that his recent downturn in confidence and expectations started around the same time as the protests about the ethnic cleansing in Sheikh Jarrah, and the attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, or is it a subtle protest from Froome, undermining the attempted sportswashing of an Apartheid state?
