No, usually just online stores. China for the bulk of it, Japan for the rarer stuff.
Still a few UK based shops doing well, Modelsport being the "biggest", oh, and Tony's Tamiya Parts on eBay, Tony is awesome for just about everything.

There's loads of online UK modelshops.

I prefer UK stock as don't want to wait around or pay duty.

U can even filter by UK on ebay...
