Rad, have stocked up - thanks!

Whoa! Any more info? My understanding was that there is a general iodine deficiency in vegans in Europe unless you're a really big fan of seaweed.

No idea, docs were also a bit surprised. I was ill on and off for about 8 months with enlarged painful lymph nodes. I had to be tested for lymphoma, aids and lupus amongst other things which all came back fine. Doctors were a bit stumped until a few weeks after I stopped taking the spray my symptoms cleared up thankfully. Got told maybe I'm just sensitive and not to bother with it.

Yikes! Glad it was resolved! Must have been a very stressful experience.

Is there any info on what amounts of vitamins they contain? It’s all just text.

Any recommendations for vegan catering serving Islington / Hackney?
Oliver's previous suggestion (vegan peasant catering) looks closed since early last year sadly.
I'm looking for buffet / street food style for around 10-20 people.

Sorry, no idea.
I'd guess a lot of people who used to do this would have moved on during the pandemic. :(

Has anyone got any good courgette recipes? I'm not normally too bothered about courgette but I've got a couple that my step dad has grown that he's very proud of and would like to put to good use!

Home grown courgettes are nicer, we had loads last year. Not really a recipe but they make a good sandwich filler, cut them on the diagonal, rub a tiny bit of oil on a griddle pan and cook both sides until you've got some nice charred lines with a grind of salt and pepper. Goes well with houmous or a tahini sauce and some spinach or whatever, or cook them like that and use as part of a salad.

Good suggestion, might give that a go this weekend. I don't really eat sandwiches very often but that sounds decent!

Got a yellow XL one just now. 👍, now looking for a restrap front bag to carry it and a blow up air bed. I have a Vango hydrogen tent and MBR stove. Do you have a recommendation for a blow up air bed?

Breakfast this morning: Naturli butter, vegan pesto, marmite peanut butter, avos, toms and peri peri salt. Nice and filling. With gazpacho on the side.

I've got an oex one that's all diamond patterns, think it's a sea to summit rip off, there's quite a few now that are the same design and I think they're genuinely quite comfy. Soft without any spots you squish it right down to the ground. It packs up to nothing but isn't very insulating, I've got some thin closed cell foam I've cut to the shape of the top half to go underneath when it's cooler which helps and keeps things from slipping around, packed together that all still fits on a fork leg or whatever rolled up.

Thanks guys, I’ll take a look.
Does anybody do a kind of one-hit vegan supplement capsule to cover the common shortfalls? I've recently started taking the Boots B Complex ones to see if that's the reason I've been a bit of a shit human for the past year or so. Can't really tell if it's working yet and also my OH is keen for me to make sure I'm covering all the bases. In lieu of research, I chime in here
