That would be the ideal scenario, but with two kids and living in central London, 9ts not feasible at the moment.

I’m also confined to barracks with a newborn so I’ve not done a ride outside since May.
In general I don’t particularly like zwift as a training tool (I use my own interval sessions and think that the game element often tempts people to ride too hard on easy days) but I’ve actually found it pretty engaging for easy pace rides. Rather than getting drawn into racing all over the place I select a rolling course and try my best to maintain my target easy power (50-55%ftp) as the turbo is busily adjusting the resistance based on the in game terrain.
I usually do trainerroad and watch TV or races for boring below FTP sessions. But with this weather isn't easier to just go out for whatever time you can afford and ride at endurance?
