I'd watched that one before in my research.
In the interest of pedantry, he uses the wrong b-gap tool.
When the updated white tool doesn't fit, he uses the red one thats for mechanical Eagle only.
He should have used the purple Eagle AXS tool. The AXS cages are 10mm sorter than mechanical Eagle cages and so the tool is different.
