Looking at the list back to 1903 (or whenever) it's not great
58 stage winners by Fronch riders 2000-2020, is 21 races, 21 stages per year is 441 stages.
58 of 441 is about 13%.
So, yeah, more likely to win on Bastille Day with my shit maffs.
