I used to say 'obviously' a lot when running training or explaining things to people and it's something I really try to avoid but it slips in still sometimes. I think I always said to try and show I wasn't patronising people by thinking they didn't understand bits, but I don't think it actually comes across that way on the other side.
People using the word essentially.
In front of fucking everything.
Also when people use the word 'look' (more often than not) in an interview setting before giving their reply.
Essentially, passive aggressive cunts. :)
