I haven't encountered this yet. So far I've only tested the bike sprinting up and down the street but didn't notice the jockey wheel having any issue.

I'm only going on the comments to the article that you posted.

You are using GX AXS or XX1 AXS?

There's apparently no tangible difference to the way gx and xx1 axs shifts. Just a barely lower weight.
Carbon cage and some Ti bolts on xx1.

Which axs kit did you buy?
