Does anybody do a kind of one-hit vegan supplement capsule to cover the common shortfalls? I've recently started taking the Boots B Complex ones to see if that's the reason I've been a bit of a shit human for the past year or so. Can't really tell if it's working yet and also my OH is keen for me to make sure I'm covering all the bases. In lieu of research, I chime in here
