Oh wow that landshark looks amazing, I was eyeing it up but can’t justify it
My family is from Orkney too!

I really can’t justify it either and really didn’t expect to win!
No way, whereabouts? We’re on Shapinsay -

Bit scattered about but the family home is in Finstown.
Think most have relocated to Kirkwall and Rendall
Been years since I was up but have been up but have been thinking of visiting post lockdown

Wow, small world can see finstown from where I’m sitting now! We only moved up here a couple years ago but best thing we’ve ever done!

DO IT.
Tandems are the best and this is an excellent specimen. Old school steel aesthetic with new skool tandem-friendly features eg threadless stem, oversize tubing, sensible hub sizing etc. -

Looks a bit big for mini c00ps at the moment (she's 8). And a jaunt round the M25 on "freedom" weekend doesn't fill me with enthusiasm...
Still tempted though.

I saw this on hotukdeals: https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/BNTORQUESTAND/jobsworth-torque-wrench-and-workstand-bundle
I am most interested in the jobsworth torque wrench which costs effectively only £20 with correct bits.
Has anyone got one of these?
If so, do you know if it is ISO certified or not?
Thanks

I've got one. Don't recall it carrying a certification but I've yet to crack anything in half with it. I'm pretty sure it'd be identical to the ones you get from chain reaction https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/lifeline-essential-torque-wrench-set/rp-prod155414

Good to hear. I am waiting for a response from planetx support. I will update this thread when I have a response

Good luck, they are usually saying that they will respond after getting info from tech team. Days, weeks, months, silence...

I wouldn't bet £20 on it having it.

Bluespot 1/4" torque wrench (same torque range) is ISO certified and is cheaper on eBay. It doesn't have the bits so this is a better deal if it is ISO certified.
I managed to win the landshark, now to get it to Orkney.. thanks for the heads up on the auction though!
