Thanks, I've been doing a bit of research and there's a powder coaters in Glasgow I could use but it seems they don't do fancy flake colours.
I'm calling cyclone today and ask about the possibility of posting a frame down to them. If not I'll hassle my brother in law into it.
Just experimented there with sanding a small section of the frame down with 2000grit then spraying it with clear coat and so far seems to have dried in OK...

@TotalShanner they actually have a house sheet of colours, but can order custom ones for a charge, I went for their purple with ruby flake
They have a few greys and silver / blue flake standard
@cozey if you openly post about having terminal aesthetic brain worms people with the condition open up to you, it’s almost like having a support group

It looks rather handsome in the saddle, like a scaled down @elevatortohell build, might put cotton tape on the front of the bars, a nice grey / olive
@Josh @psg1ben if anyone is se/ or anywhere inside the m25 for that matter, would be down for a ride, I’m double vaxxed and avoiding most things inside/ public transport but if I can cycle there, come thru 😎
