If you have a computer at home, you can create a local backup of your phone with iTunes and 3 clicks of your mouse. If you’re not confident about that, then going to Apple or EE is your best bet, and once they’ve done the transfer they can show you how to set up a local backup on your computer at home.
My wife has a very old iphone, like a 4 or something, I bought her a SE and we want to transfer all her precious texts and photos and contacts over to it (and the sim) and not lose anything. neither of us are techie or have much energy for these sorts of things so I wondered where I should take the two phones to get set up: the apple store, the EE store or an independant phone shop (and if so which)?
