Things to contemplate:
Allowing everyone from wherever in the UK to come to London from early doors and shove flares up their bum?
No police heavy handiness for these guys but yes for those guys.
I guarantee at least one person (other than me) will draw analogy to the Roman mob of Roman empire times, of keeping them happy with gladiatorial combat, of the disgust of Rome towards the mob and the mob towards Rome.
