There’s a furniture designer called coexistence, and a hell of a lot of flats around Elephant. I have no idea, as usual.

I know the new tag, drive past it on my way to work quite often.

I might run past it tomorrow, presumably it doesn't count if I tag it and my running shoe?

Why don’t you give is a clue then? Seeing as this tagger has form for not leaving any comment.

I ran down towards Thamesmead and back today rather than to the tag. I didn't have my phone with me either.

Oats clue is pretty good. The classic version will cost you £60 I believe. Not sure how much you would pay for the new one…
