Amphetamines aren't the scourge your parent's might have made you think after all. Who knew!

For serious? He looked fucked but he did get back on so thought there was some chance. Bugger.

That's exactly how he signed his cheques after necking a phial of the good stuff.

He did. He paid off the testers for the other seven positives.

Possibly worth watching the ITV4 highlights show where they interview Pog’s coach.

Exactly. You might have to look a few times he's so far back...

Wasn’t any kind of revelation. Just the coach making out that the science is better, Pog being a natural physiological freak, and the other riders’ numbers being down in general compared to previous years.
I have to say, Pog has that ‘doped’ look to him. Slightly bulging eyes, slightly turned-out look to his eyes, completely glazed over and doesn’t appear to be focusing on anything. I dunno, some people are just like that but it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s dosed-up to the absolute max and fails a test at some point.

Someone call the UCI, they'd save millions a year if they can have someone spot who is doping by how they look on tv.

Are you trying to say he looks a bit stoned? If so, fair play riding up Ventoux twice while high :-)

His unpublished but accurately assumed power numbers are not being considered relative to riders at this tour, but to what is thought to be achievable and has ever been recorded since the dawn of SRM.
I don’t understand why they wouldn’t reveal his power file for certain stages. His power curve could be used against him by competitors but his power file for a single stage is completely different.

Chapeau to Cavendish, just listened to his post race interview yesterdays stage, and he brings across very well racing the top sprinters role.

It was a bit disappointing tbh.
I'm sure he could have congratulated a rider reaching a 40 year target without drawing attention to all the other ones he still holds.
Would be classier to recognise that his own record needs no talking up and welcome Cav to share a small part of it .

Sprinters are the lametta in the grand tour Christmas tree.

I can’t find the footage now, but on a head-on slow-mo of the last 50m of stage 13 sprint you can really see Philepsen’s rear wheel skipping and spinning and jumping all over the place - it shows so well the power the sprinters put out at the peak.
Colbrelli's reaction, lolz.
