Thanks. I've done a similar solution on @JesperXT 's All Road. It is quite easy, cheap and strong and actually more elegant than most flatmounts imo.

Does that solution rely at all on the strength of the actual calliper? For instance I assume Hope hydro callipers would be pretty sturdy, but something like a Spyre maybe less so.
I guess so. I have seen any issues with it yet. Time will tell, but I imagine it will be alright.
