  • Finally got my ‘new to me’ OM1 back from being repaired. Typical that my current one that’s in rough shape cosmetically works perfectly while this one which is mint A++*+ externally had issues with the shutter speeds and light meter. Any way after spending as much again on the repair (Luton camera repairs did a great job) I finally did a test roll. Have missed using the zuiko lenses, the 100mm 2.8 is a good’n for photos of the little lady despite being full of fungus (the lens not the baby).

  • Probably no use to you now, but for future reference the London camera exchange shop usually has a small stock of film.

  • Yes, very nice & calm images..

  • Trying out Affinity one more time at the moment.. gosh it makes my head hurt 😅

  • Thankfully I split the packages so its only 6 rolls but still a shit show. Got the other rolls back last night and my Contax T2 light seals are gone again at the lease giving the halo in certain situations.

I think this might be the last T2 I potentially own, getting too expensive now to replace when they go not if they go.

  • This is always a fear of mine when I post my film off, RM lost my negatives on their way back from the lab last month which was a real pain but losing them on their way there is so much worse. Hopefully they turn up, I've had packages go astray for a few weeks only to show up suddenly.

And T2 prices..yeesh. Saw one not long ago listed for nearly 2 grand!

  • Enjoying all the different things hanging up, great spot!

  • They aren’t worth that much, must have been someone daft who paid that. The most they seem to go for usually is like a grand. I think that seems to be the shelf price although folk are asking a ton more but I don’t think they sell as I watch them all

  • Some images from the rolls that didn’t get lost. I’ve had to tweak some of them as the colours and the noise in the dark ones weren’t great and that was Portra 400, not sure if it’s because the film was out of date by like a year.

  • Anybody selling a Leica M2? Or fancy swapping the M2 for an M3, let me know.

  • Mju I, Delta 400, Rodinal 25:1

Love how Delta is so sharp, that it even comes out pretty good when put through a plastic camera that can't focus!

  • ..yawning, or screaming?

  • Just having proper lolz innit.

  • Very cool shots, plastic cameras are fun. I found one of this the other day at carboot for £1 with an unexposed film inside, looking forward to some extra wide images.

  • Agreed, my mate took some amazing pictures with one of these, but the winder broke after a couple of rolls of film. Seems to be a common problem, proceed with caution!

  • I've read the same, mainly use 24exp rolls instead of 36. Can't seem to handle the load when winding. I still out a roll of 36exp, was only a quid.

  • Where's that bouldering?

Nice shots, delta 400 is always great

  • Fairly happy with some of these

  • nice, love the first one

  • Great set, puffins are the coolest! Where did you take these?

  • Thanks. Wish I'd taken something other than a 50mm lens!!

Isle of Mull - Staffa & Treshnish Isles

  • Lovely! Haha looks like the 50 got you close enough 👍🏼

  • Definitely need to shoot more Delta. Keen to see what it's like in my RB67 too.

Bouldering was at Brimham rocks, and the rope climbing was when me and my mate did the Stanage VS challenge. Good day out!

  • These are great!!
